Game Plan Marketing workshop


Sometimes the most difficult task in building a brand is to know where to start.

With so much competing advice, everyone telling you what to do and having an opinion, its not always easy to determine the best course of action.

We know, because we have seen it numerous times and understand the financial, political and emotional difficulties in building a brand from scratch or changing one that has been around for a long time, but is looking tired and outdated.

We have experimented with a number of different ways to get off the mark over many years. Through trial and error, we have now developed the Game Plan Marketing Workshop to provide starting point for sports organisations wanting to reinvigorate their branding and marketing.

This workshop goes back to basics and asks simple but powerful questions about where you would like to see your branding and marketing go. It would typically include a range of people from your organisation, including the key opinion leaders in your sports organisation - those whose opinion is important.

During the workshop, we determine your true target market, where your

The outcomes include:

  • A clearly defined understanding of your target market

  • The 'personality' and tone of your brand

  • Clear understanding of what makes you different from your competitors (and who they are!)

  • The 'essence' of your sports organisation - what really makes you tick…

  • An 'Elevator Pich' for your brand - so its easy and simple to describe it to others

  • The foundations on which to re-build the visual representation of your sports organisation

  • Most importantly, a clear starting point for the future of your brand!
